class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>La Guilde du Carnaval de Bienne organise un concours en vue de la cr\u00e9ation de la plaquette du Carnaval de Bienne 2027. Ce concours a pour objectif de r\u00e9compenser un projet cr\u00e9atif, convaincant sur le plan graphique, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la plaquette 2027.<br \/>\nLe th\u00e8me est libre. Le projet doit toutefois pr\u00e9senter un lien clairement identifiable avec la ville de Bienne.<br \/>\nLe concours s\u2019adresse aux graphistes, aux \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s en graphisme ainsi qu\u2019aux cr\u00e9atrices et cr\u00e9ateurs de tous horizons ayant une affinit\u00e9 avec le Carnaval biennois.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Exigences<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants doivent imp\u00e9rativement figurer dans le projet :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019ann\u00e9e<strong> 2027<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>le texte <strong>Biel\/Bienne<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>le texte <strong>Carnaval<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>des armoiries de la Ville de Bienne (haches)<\/li>\n<li>un personnage de Carnaval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me est libre. Les crit\u00e8res d\u00e9terminants sont notamment les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>originalit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>actualit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>faisabilit\u00e9 technique<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9sentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation officielle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La plaquette retenue sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors du vernissage de la plaquette en septembre 2026.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dispositions juridiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aucune correspondance ne sera \u00e9chang\u00e9e au sujet du concours. Tout recours juridique est exclu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conditions de participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Afin de garantir l\u2019anonymat, les projets doivent \u00eatre remis sans signature.<\/li>\n<li>Chaque projet doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une br\u00e8ve description du sujet.<\/li>\n<li>es envois re\u00e7us apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du d\u00e9lai de remise ne seront pas pris en consid\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par l\u2019attribution du prix au projet laur\u00e9at, la Guilde du Carnaval de Bienne acquiert le droit de produire et d\u2019utiliser ce projet en tant que plaquette, y compris moyennant des adaptations mineures dans la mesure o\u00f9 celles-ci sont n\u00e9cessaires pour des raisons techniques de production. L\u2019autrice ou l\u2019auteur du projet est tenu\u00b7e d\u2019apporter, sur demande, les retouches n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production, sans pouvoir pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire.<br \/>\nLes projets non prim\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s par la Guilde du Carnaval de Bienne \u00e0 des fins de communication et de promotion.
